Nadia DeRobillard is the talented make-up artist behind the striking make-up on Liri’s jewellery shoot. Keen to reflect the vibrant colour of Liri’s jewellery designs, Nadia’s make up was energising and inspiring – a perfect match for the Liri brand.
Choosing Nadia as the make –up artist for the shoot was an easy decision for Liri designer, Natalie, who was impressed by the diversity of make up styles in her portfolio of work, “I knew instantly on seeing Nadia’s work, that she could deliver the ‘look’ we needed on the shoot”.
A native of Mauritius, Nadia moved to Paris five years ago to train as a professional make up artist at L’Atelier International de Maquillage. The high level of training she received ensures Nadia can create any look and style, from classical to edgy, traditional to funky. Her wide-ranging skills have been recognised in Mauritius, which is why she is in such high demand for shoots of all kinds – weddings, commercials, fashion shows, specials effects, amongst others.
Nadia was equally as excited to have worked with Liri on its shoot, she said:
“It was great to participate in Liri’s shoot. It was a fantastic atmosphere, I met great people and I loved the products we were shooting. Working with professionals who know their trade always make shoots so enjoyable, it was a great day!”.
Nadia is inspired by the way only make up can transform a person’s face, “It’s like a new painting, always exciting to see the outcome”, explains Nadia.
During her spare Time Nadia likes to paint, make crafts and go to the beach.
