Shipping and returns

All orders will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment. If, for any reason this is not possible, we will inform you of any potential delays. It is important that the address supplied by you to us is accurate. It is your responsibility to make arrangements to receive the goods and to collect them from the local sorting office should you not be able to take delivery in person. If you fail to collect the packet it will be returned to us and there may be additional charges to re-send it to you.

You have a range of postage options to choose from

If you are a member of our VIP group, you will receive free standard shipping on your orders always, wherever you live in the world. If you are not a VIP, the following charges apply:

Within the UK

£4 for all UK orders up to £100 in value (standard Royal Mail post)
£8 for all UK orders over £100 in value (insured up to a value of £500, tracked and signed for using Royal Mail Special Delivery)

Items over £500 in value will be sent via Royal Mail Special delivery and charged based on the value of the item being sent (£11 for an item valued at £2500)

International orders

£12 using Royal Mail international tracked and signed service.

A courier service is also available upon request. The fee will be calculated based on value and weight of the order. Please choose the ‘courier’ option when placing your order and contact us directly to discuss the fee to be paid. Once the fee has been confirmed, we will invoice you separately to your order for this service. Items will be dispatched as soon as the fee has been paid. This service is recommended for international orders over £100 in value.

Shipping times to each country vary and will further depend on the postal service you choose. If you wish to receive your item more swiftly, choosing a courier service is advised. If you have an urgent delivery deadline please also contact info@yourliri.com to check for the availability of the product before purchasing.

Liri jewellery is not responsible for any import duties that you may be required to pay in your country.


Liri jewellery bought from stockists is covered by the returns policy of the stockist.

If, for any reason, you are not delighted by your Liri jewellery bought online from www.yourliri.com, you are welcome to send it back within 14 days of purchase, unworn and in its original packaging for a full refund (minus postage costs). For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings. We also do not accept the return of custom jewellery designs.

Liri is not able to accept returns outside of this period unless there is a manufacturing fault in the jewellery.

Our repairs policy

If you follow our  guidance on caring for your jewellery (you will receive a jewellery care card with your order), your pieces will last you many, many years. However where there has been a clear manufacturing fault, Liri will undertake repairs FREE of charge within the first six months of purchase. Please return your piece to the above address for inspection so we can assess the nature of the fault and whether any repair costs are needed.

Items that have been damaged after 6 months of purchase will incur costs associated with the time spent to repair the jewellery and any additional materials used in its repair. The cost will be agreed by both parties prior to the commencement of the work.

Items repaired within six months due to a manufacturing error will be posted free using the appropriate Royal Mail service. Items repaired due to any other reason and outside of the 6 months’ time frame will be charged Liri’s normal shipping rates, as above.
