Getting to know my clients is essential for me to create the ultimate bespoke piece of jewellery for them. Without knowing you, I can’t give you that piece of jewellery you’ve always dreamed of.
We may not always meet in person, but I pride myself in offering a service that’s even more intimate, detailed, thorough and professional than one you’d get in your local jewellers. And here’s why:
The First Contact
We start by asking you to fill in a quick form so we can get all the essential information about what you want in your redesigned/bespoke piece. This helps us to see if we can do what you want with what you have.
We will contact you either by whatsapp or email or you can even book a video call with us at the same time you submit your enquiry form.
The Sketching: Showing What’s Possible
Once we make contact we’ll ask you a few more questions and send you a number of sketches and images of designs based on your preferred style. They’re your pieces so you’re free to tweak and adapt the design as much as you want. I’m here to advise every step of the way on what’s possible.
For bespoke designs made from brand new materials, we’ll source your perfect gemstones and precious metals, showing you examples so you get exactly what you want.
Once you’ve decided on your design, we’ll price it up and you can decide if you want to go ahead. Yes, designs and consultations are totally free, you don’t pay anything until you decide to go ahead.
The Making Process: about posting and delivery
Once you decide to go ahead you can either visit me in person to drop off your pieces or you can send by post. Yes, it’s perfectly safe. We’ve always used Royal Mail Special delivery where you can insure for £2500 for just £11.
Once I receive your pieces I’ll invoice you for a 50% deposit. It’s so easy – no need for a bank transfer – just a link you click in an email and you can use whatever card you want, even a credit card – how fantastic is that?
We keep you updated…
Once paid, it takes around 8 weeks to finish. We’ll send you images and videos of your piece(s) being transformed and if you’re on Instagram, we’ll even tag you in stories so you can see it unfolding, adding to the personal touch and excitement.
The Final Unveiling:
When your bespoke creation is ready, we’ll send you the final invoice, and your piece will be dispatched by special delivery, ensuring it arrives in your hands securely and promptly. Alternatively, you’re always welcome to collect it in person for that extra touch of personal connection.
